The Telebelt® TB 130 G4 Concrete Conveyor
The Putzmeister Telebelt TB 130 G4 is a truck-mounted telescopic belt conveyor designed for efficient placement of concrete and bulk materials. Its five-section boom handles a wide variety of materials, including mixes unsuitable for conventional concrete pumping. The latest generation combines fast setup, controlled conveying and accurate placement with improved hydraulics, operator controls and site flexibility.
From commercial and residential developments to industrial, civil engineering and environmental projects, the Telebelt offers a flexible approach to material placement. Its continuous conveyor can handle concrete, gravel, sand and larger aggregates, enabling different tasks to be completed efficiently from a single setup position without unnecessary equipment movements.
Material Placement Versatility
A Telebelt provides an efficient way to convey materials over obstacles and place them precisely where required, reducing reliance on additional handling equipment. Suitable for foundations, backfilling, bridge decks, warehouse slabs and wind farm projects, the TB 130 G4 delivers a maximum horizontal reach of 38.51 metres. Its telescopic boom extends, retracts and slews while conveying, helping operators cover wider working areas from one position.
Low Clearance Projects
With an unfolding height of approximately 4.45 metres, the Telebelt can be used on suitable sites with overhead restrictions, including warehouse and industrial projects. Material can be conveyed considerable distances within enclosed buildings, beneath bridges and into areas where access or available working space is limited.
A Clean, Efficient and Lower Cost Site
Telebelts require no pipeline priming, while remaining material can be run off the belts to minimise waste. Spring-tensioned carbide scrapers help keep the conveyor clean. The G4 introduces a redesigned feeder, wider transfer area and flatter main belt to improve material flow, reduce spillage and simplify cleaning.
Telebelt Engine Flexibility
The TB 130 G4 features Putzmeister’s Ergonic Output Control, which adjusts engine speed to match operating requirements. Together with improved closed-loop hydraulics, this supports efficient conveying, lower mechanical wear and reduced fuel consumption during material placement.
Setup Convenience
The TB 130 G4’s Full Flex outrigger system offers more setup positions on restricted or congested sites. Putzmeister’s intelligent Setup Control (iSC) calculates the permitted working range for each support configuration, helping maintain stability. The hydraulically adjustable feeder and folding hopper accommodate loading by ready-mix trucks, while optional hoppers provide flexibility for wheel loaders and other equipment.
Conveying Versatility with Telebelt – Multiple construction materials in countless applications
Concrete is just one of the materials a Telebelt can place efficiently. It also conveys sand, gravel, larger aggregates and low-slump or roller-compacted mixes that may be unsuitable for conventional pumping.
