This Apprenticeship Week, we’re proud to celebrate Erin and her fantastic journey at Camfaud.
Erin joined us in 2022 as a Level 3 CIPD HR Support apprentice in HR. Through hard work, dedication, and a real passion for learning, she progressed to her Level 5 qualification in CIPD People Professional in 2026 and is now a fully qualified HR professional within our business in 2026.
Reflecting on her journey, Erin said:
Starting my apprenticeship at Camfaud was a huge learning curve, but the support I’ve had throughout has been incredible. I’m really proud of how far I’ve come and grateful for the opportunity to grow within the business.”
