Abbey Bridge, Evesham
We have recently completed work on the Abbey Bridge and Viaduct replacement contract in Evesham for HOCHTIEF (UK) Construction. The photo shows our 5-section Putzmeister BSF42.16 H LS pump pouring the reinforced concrete deck of the new Abbey Bridge. CEMEX UK supplied the concrete for this project including; early high strength concrete for the viaduct supports which were pumped by our M24 mobile concrete pumps; self-compacting concrete for the cross beams and C50 and C60 concrete blends for the other elements.
