Most of the mobile concrete pumps from M34 upwards are fitted with the OSS (one side support) system.

This system allows the concrete pump to be set up with the outriggers extended fully on one side and only partially on the other. A safety interlock is fitted to prevent the boom pump from slewing onto the short rigged side.

The space required on site for setting up the concrete pump is reduced when using the One-Sided Support (OSS) system. And this is achieved without compromising the safe use of the concrete pump.

In addition to concrete pumps using the OSS system, we offer certain pumps fitted with a boom slew restrictor. This is used to modify the range through which the boom can be slewed in order to prevent the boom from travelling over restricted areas e.g. rail lines with overhead cables.
